We should have considered the heating factor of our machines as the cotton candy overheated...We also should have done some 'walking advertising' and more 'delivery services'. We also should have charged for delivery.
Our weakness was that the cotton candy kept malfunctioning, so our customers had to wait for quite sometime. If we could improve on our weakness, I would make a few cotton candies before the stall opens, thus customers would not have to wait.
There was a lack of space and also the conditions to run a bazaar in school is quite unconventional. As there are many classes, and not an exact floor plan, it was difficult to find certain stores and move around. Maybe next time, we can have a bazaar in a more open space or places at a fixed level (just level 2 etc).
There was very very limited spaces. IT was also not fair for some classes like 103 as their stall is set in the basketball court, where people do not go.
The bazaar was very messy as the stalls were everywhere around the whole school and there was no map/floor-plan to state which room/venue sells or promotes what. A floor-plan/map can be given to each one of us or put in a designated area so that people at the bazaar can know which stalls sell/promotes what and where they are
Customers will have to wait for sometime as the cotton candy takes a while to make. The space is very small and hence it would be crowded around our stall, and will block the pathway
The food that was sold should be halal so that more people could come and buy from it. The space we had was too little as well. There should be more places for all the classes to spread out so that there would be enough space.
the coupon system is bad as you need to pre-order them, you will run out of them, people are selling them and ..., prices are limited to a 50cent increase
There was little space for each stall and the fact that the location of some stalls were far away, it often went unnoticed, causing them to have a drop in business. The food that we sold like Imanni said, should be halal so that more people can consume it.
The stores are small, and there is no space for us to properly arrange our things or prepare and sell the food. Also, there was no visible queue, and it was hard to tell who was waiting to be served.

ReplyDeleteWe should have used a machine that was faster and there was very little space for us as most of us were helping out at the stall.
